Problems with the OSx release on 10.9:

1. In the game manual it's omitted how to open apps from an unregistered developer, (alt-opening) which could become a problem with not-so-adapt users trying to start toribash for the first time.

2. In older releases one could open a replay with the application and have it go directly into the replay without having to relocate it to the replays folder, this function seems to have been broken or disabled; if it has been disabled, may I ask why?
