no what they are doing because of the mass amount of people trying to join lobbies is open multiple ones at the same time to spread out the spamming of connect

Also everyone ingame needs to understand that there are so many people trying to connect at once and the servers are getting destroyed by it. Give it time they might have to have multiple Gms host multiple lobbies and spread out all the spam even more then what they think. They should also make an event like this a buy in and if possible make the server invisible to people that are not in it.
