I don't normally hit with the knee because it's difficult to make it look powerful. Your knee boom was great, though.

Adam: It's alright, I like the speed at which you did it. You used too much grab though, maybe grab later/try to get a boom with the second hit. It looked kinda messy. Also dat ghost at the end :<

Also try leaving your abs contracted, though that's just me.
