I am also full go on the wars you mentioned, as well as the ally system, that would be pretty neat.

As far as the bank is concerned, I like the loan and withdrawal system you made. Although with the withdrawals of people being able to take out 5k once a month without having to pay it back, I think as more people join, there should be some type of system set up for it. That being anything from you need to be a certain rank to access the bank, or need a valid reason. Mostly because if everyone takes out 5k a month, then soon there would be no more money in the bank. Not sure if you see where I'm coming from on that, but I'm sure you have a solution already to it.
