The problem starts in the compatibility with non-Apple products.
I'm saying, the MAJORITY of developers start with the user-friendly iPhone SDK developer software that comes with the iPhone or any Apple product for that matter.
Your phone may be able to do all that, but it cannot do it nearly as effectively as the iPhone. The iPhone has the largest GHz ratio per size of its processor.
Compatibility is not a large issue due to the fact that the Apple market is continually expanding. Therefore, compatibility is becoming a smaller and smaller problem.
