I wouldn't say the head is oddly shaped! The neck has that shading issue but nothing too hard to fix ;) The eyes. Eyes are kind of hard for me. Something that seems to work for me is to have a little more outline on them. And start out making them smaller and work your way bigger to where it seems good.
