Okay. The Avvy isn't that bad. If you want to make it in 150x200 that would be cool as well.

Im not that big a fan of the Sig or the background though.

For the sig, I would rather not have a solid rectangle. I dont know what you can do about that but just see. And Im also not a big fan of the font of the word Tribe. (Try to have #TribeOn on there)

For the background, see what you can do, im not a fan of the solid white background or those images. You could possibly have the background from the sig as the background for the post. If you can make it bigger that is.
