It has to do with the submission to the website. It is what tylercoon said, but it's because you submitted more than once, often when you get agrivated that the browser is slow uploading the post halfway through and you try reloading the page, it's all ready been submitted, you just hadn't seen it. So when it does show up you posted double. Sometimes this will be triple/quintuple etc.
