You attach an object to a body part (for example, head), there's also an option to make said body part invisible.
eg here is a monkey head.
But, I see ghosts in some of deathdancer's screenshots. So, they can move...I don't know.
That's really cool, but could be confusing in mods that require precision such as TK etc...
EDIT: nvm they are moving with the body part attached to it.
