i dont think so Bojan. once the item is in your inventory its just beeing handled by your comp(might be wrong not 100% sure).
also i bet the mayority of users doesnДt know anything of designing 3d stuff at all.
so once the items are forged they will go to shop and be sold for xy amount of tc. im totaly fine with that for it keeps tb alive and surely will atract new players.

i personaly like the eye-candy much and am looking foreward to.

wouldnt it be cool to wera a sword or staff on your back, or maybe some boots for poor barefooted tori? or have a head and hands at all instead of just globes and spheres?
