Alright, so we all seem to be apathy or leaning towards a yes for Neko.
I'm also inclined to say yes given his dedication so far, and the fact that I told him to go away and improve ingame, and he has.
IMO he's improving at a rather alarming rate.
I've set him one final challenge for my yes:
