Weekly internal tourneys. We should set a time, I'm up for organizing them if needed ;o
They could be 2 ko's or something similar to that, lots of kind of events can be done.
We used to do that at Latin and they were great. Small prizes, 3k/1k (or even 2k/500tc) for the winners, with a single goal: have fun.
