I'm assuming you want designs in CMYK (obviously) and as a vector for easy resizing?
Shouldn't that be on the first post? Because you can't print RGB (because they are monitor colours and will look very different and bland when printed out) and if it's in raster graphics the pixels in the image would be stretched if you plan on resizing it on different size shirts.
