If you make a judgement on the application which is overly anal, and it turns out they get accepted into the clan, then they will most likely has a slight disliking for you already.

You're over-reacting to my harshness. I'm not overly anal. I point out what's wrong with an application and explain how the arguments I assume they'll make will not work. I don't ever overcriticise.

On a different note, I would very much like to re-instate trial members. It makes recruitment SO MUCH LESS of a burden.
