Well I would have to earn more of you're trust and you would have to be in the clan longer. Also I would have to tell you the rules to allow people in the clan. It's mostly all based on my opinion. I basically manage all of the recruiting that goes on.
Also right now im really looking for very experienced players. Some that can either be better than me (yeah right :P) or probably below me slightly.
