everything was great except arm should be raised instead of contracting, to avoid issues with balance

I've got a few replays that I think might work for the demo list.

I don't believe them to all make the cut, but I thought many were up to par. As well if you notice anything I need to work on I'll always take the advice.
I guess add them if they make the cut though? O.o

yeah, you are pretty much in now, tho i see you pull people with both pecs extended, be carefull since you may get locked like this and loose alot of speed on spin, so try to always keep one pec extended and another contracted.

to see what i mean try to play against abd players/duelers, since they counter throws the same way they counter lifts - by raising both arms and extending both pecs with contracted wrists, which in case of you extending both pecs aswell lead to you being locked and you waste around 20 frams more to finish the throw.

the reason i "pick on" every sigle minor "mistake" is because i've learned each of these little things by loosing because of it. eather chest lock, or being shaken out of balance when one arm is not raised or upper elbow contracted too early, so i hope you will not repeat my mistakes and get the base, which give you pretty much rock-solid stability with least amount of risk envolved (compared to usual for throws ofc) and knowing each window you can be countered on, to be more sucessfull and win against not only random folks at quick aikido, but also abd players and duelers.
