Ok so general update on things, Ryan/amends isn't rejected, I just forgot to mention that in my last post. He's pretty much the first applicant to impress fist ingame :O
He has my yes.

Xguard seems to have gotten a lot of no's based on ingame-ness
Spoken to him about it and he seems fine to try again in the future so yaaaay
XGuard 4 Tribe (in the future, but in the mean time let's mould him into the bestest member, keep training him)
