Yes hello Clown has been put on a temporary blacklist, if you see him post on this forum notify a clan mod so that they can tell him to cease and desist. This has been a democratic vote and everyone in #Tribe thinks it for the best. He is temporarily banned from #Tribe too. You may still vote on him in the application thread which he is allowed to post in. Good day.
