Hmm, not exactly clear on those rules about running. Someone could easily say they don't know how, or say they failed on their cb but really just confirm their victory. I'm not saying I'd do this myself but just a concern for the competitors that play fair.
The rules state:

If you fail to comeback and you end up running/tripodding, you are disqualified, simple as that.
This is an event for good/decent/great wushu players. Do not enter if you cannot wushu.
