Maybe you could raise everything up by 5 units, and have them on the coastal wall or something like that? Some recolouring may be needed for this, but I think it would certainly beautify the scene, although I don't know where that kiddy park would go, besides behind it.
Fun fact: I visit this place at least once a year, despite it being 70 miles away and me having no relatives who live remotely near there.
Might put a small instagib pond underneath it.
