From my understanding the more domesticated the human population becomes (meaning society) the more they stray away from natural man (black man). Orientals (i hope that is appropriate) have been living in societies the longest, so this is why they are smaller physically (science not stereotype) and smarter (also science), and also docile and more compliant with societal demands.(near non-existent crime rates) Whites are in the middle between blacks and orientals.
(Whites were in modern society the second longest after them)

My impression is that society majorly drove these changes (other than the skin color of course, we all know how and why that changed), and being more docile and malleable isn't exactly an ideal characteristic, even with the added benefit at being good at regurgitating information.

Also when White man first found China way back when and saw their civilization the man discovering it claimed it MUST be the greatest civilization known to man. Guess you should be a Chinese supremacist

On 6tate9's comment "I wish the blacks would leave their past behind" I'd like to point out in public school here in America they teach their past as if it started with slavery (over exaggeration) They really drill slavery into their head, I wouldn't exactly say its their fault that the past is hard to leave behind.
