I never said you couldn't take Hampa. Yes, you are allowed to. If you know his behaviour etc. somehow just go ahead, but I personally think the "normal" staff member are a bit easier since it's not that hard to find out about their character properties.

BUT only take the active ones. No Ex-Administrators etc for example. Since Hampa is an active game dev you are allowed to take him aswell.
