We might benefit from a more "game-play" centered video on the steam page, following the trailer.
That'd give new-comers a more level-headed look on the game so that they expect this to be a slow-paced game, preventing a shock with the expectations and hype the trailer might create.
This is "
totally" unrelated to the first negative review the game got:
First impressions: When I first saw this game it looked fun. When I got ingame and learned the concept I was disappointed. The fighting was frame by frame were each frame you say what parts you want to move and how to move them. it was way too slow and no preset move could be made to make the game faster.
Online play: I tried online play to see how that was different from the dummy. Online play is so much slower. Only one person per server may play at a time, and many people will run the timer making games last way to long, also there are up to 10 people in a server, so you could have to wait for 9 people to finish up just to get one turn, and like me you may just loose that match you waited so long for match.
Cons:
Slow paced, you only have one shot to take the enemy down, and if you mess up, even for only on one frame you are dead, takes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long to get to play online, the short satisfaction you get on winning is no compensation for the time you have to wait, and there is not to much satisfaction in winning.
Pros:
Has a possibility to be a good game, concept is great, and the short time you get to play is entertaining.
Far to slow passed to be fun, the way the servers are set up make it even worse. I by no means think this game is worth anyone's time.
I'm sorry if your opinion differs, but this is how I, as a new player felt about the game. I had no fun at all
Not that reviews like this would be scarce, after all this is a niche game, but it might help a bit.
