You could have gotten a split with the second kick

I'm not even sure what happened after that when you kinda hugged Uke

Could have gotten a glute boom with that kick after

I'm really not sure why you wanted to dismember your hand and foot

If you want to do a smash turn on self damage

Basically work on getting more powerful hits and aiming your kicks and stuff better
