The direct link probably deletes votes from the same IPs to avoid rigging but my homepage does not. Oh well. So far 75% said yes.

Apologies if I was being paranoid or blaming anyone. Admins just announced technical difficulties on the main page of users. "The code we use to display poll results on the user's main page has had an error and broke. We will fix it ASAP. For the mean time just go to the poll page rather than viewing results from your homepage. Thank you."
