Forum appearing in what I'm going to guess is Russian. Even though I'm not in that section of the forums.

Yeeeeeah I don't know what to do, I'm about to try turning my modem on and off, will post here to see if it fixes.

Fixed it, if anyone else ever has this problem, go to http://forum.toribash.com/profile.php?do=editoptions there, go to the bottom, then change the forum language.
