Just one thing I would like to add to this thread, tell me your thoughts on it though. I think that people should be nominated for promotions by other members, to me it just doesn't seem right for people to come up and say "Hey, I deserve a promotion." If people deserve a promotion I think that it should be another member who sees their worth to come into this thread and start a nomination. Nothing against anyone who has asked for a promotion, it's just the way I feel.
first thing first no one really gets promoted because they ask. It goes though a serous of things before it happens. High spots are worked for . Just cause sameone makes a suggestion doesnt mean it will be carried out. Thats usually how everyone gets to a certain spot within the clan by nomination.
