I don't work on a grill all the time datsick... There's 4 stations. Oven where pizza's and complicated shit is made, Grill, chicken alfredo, fish, steak etc. Window (assembler) Where you combine the food and plate it. Saute is where most of the pastas are made and cooked. (Cooks chicken, seafood, veggies etc). I was originally trained on saute but I do all stations, one of few that do Cause I'm boss xD But quitting soon
