I like dense chaotic ornaments like that. And your color combo is good. But a couple things are bothering me here:

1. The ornament is visibly more dense in the bottom of the texture, and would look much better if the consistency was the same throughout.

2. The bottom half is symmetrical (mirrored) whereas the top is not. I think either the whole texture should be symmetrical, or none of it.
