Ok guys. I'm back. GPU kinda blew up. My serge breaker in my PSU ended up breaking my GPU. either that or incorrect drivers.

Updating GPU since the fan on it seems to be working. I believe it might be a graphics card error since toribash has weird symbols which can relate to a graphics driver error

ok guys. Everything is working. drivers were faulty and my monitor kept blowing up the socket. Going to try and fix it but until then going to use my normal Tv like a scrub. but still managed to fix PC after it kept freezing in safe mode. did chkdsk and no faults were found. Re-installed windows 7 from my old windows 7 disk and then updated drivers.
