Yeah I know right, but most members aren't posting, even after they joined, that's why the 5 day inactivity rule is set on the Recruit rank.

You get promoted by being active and posting. Basically if I've decided that I've seen your name a lot the last few days of you joining then I'll add you to the Member rank.
