imo when people use that pointillism-type shading it is used too much, as you have done
each of these as a sketch is nice but once you added the dotting and the contrast it stood out more
i just think it takes away from the actual picture itself rather than compliments
another thing : on the ship sketch, i don't think those lightning bolt things should be there
and then on the anchor sketch i don't understand the use of the eyeball there, i'm sure you could replace it with something cooler and less overdone
other than that these are fabulous
