If it was a permanent thing it would be really un-needed it would ruin mods like mushu, kickboxing, (could possibly make ABD a hell of a challenge ive seen and inflicted some pretty crazy DMs in my day), Default (most people use this to do replays in), and a few other main/public mods. could possibly cause chaos because people would complain for a few days trying to get used to the new feature and how it would affect the mod. if it was a private server only thing i see no harm in having a challenge IF IT IS OPTIONAL. over all until you decide which your going for here ~Not supported
