Actually, the sky is not blue. It doesn't have a color at all. So when a guy actually sees a green sky, and he learned that that color is green, hes not wrong. Because he sees it correct, just like we do. A green sky is not incorrect, just as a blue sky isn't an incorrect fact.

Actually the sky is black, but what makes us see blue is the color of the water reflecting of the ozone layer.
