I personally think it is Sam Lombardo (usually just referred to as Mr. Lombardo because it sounds more sexy) from a 1998 film called "wild things" which is one of my all time favourite movies. This is a link to a page about it which I would recommend you look at and watch the trailer for the movie on it.

Mr. Lombardo is in my opinion one of the sexiest characters in film ever created. And the movies plot have more twists in it than a Gordian Knot.
