Yes, the expected value is ridiculously high. There are great chances of winning a lot more than you paid. Greater than ever before!
This might be a little spoiler, but the expected value for mystery tickets is even higher than for the other tiers, even without the discount.
The joints had to be removed because the income was actually lower than what we hand out in prizes, sorry.
