Let me just point out a few things..
For one, you still have a lot of hard lines around the eyes, lips, and nose
that take away from the dept of the head.
Also, since it's suppose to be a robot, I'd assume it's metal, and metal is
actually usually really reflective, so I think adding some more highlights
would be good.
And I just can't get over the lips.. They just look weird. I'd suggest looking
up some references or tutorials for lips.
