If so sorry man, thats not cool to be bullied, I was a bully "long time ago" and later I realise that I was stupid.
You have to know that when we are young (10-13) we depend on our parent, our friend, our teachers etc... etc... so we depend on the "humanity" with his all diversity and his cruelty, so if you meet this guy, like, 5 or 8 years later, even if you move on, he can feeling guilty.
