This would obviously create an insane amount of problems. People would want the perfect child; Muscles, Intelligience, etc. But after a certain amount of time of this, guess what? Your child is no longer ''perfect." This would create massive population increase AND crime increase. Why? Those people we call 'psychotic' would have a reason to be psychotic. There kid looks like everyond on the block. Population increase would happen when peopld tried AGAIN to make a 'perfect' child. This would cause everything to repeat itself.

The only situation I can see this being helpful would be to remove a disease or disabilty from the child.
