I was thinking last night about how I have to use a prior significant incident in my life and how it had 3 impacts on me, then my goal is to write a 600-1000 word essay on it.

Maybe, just maybe, our recruitment needs to become more strict.
We cannot just let anyone in, so I am going to have a chat with Grim about how we can up our recruitment centre's standards.
Maybe by removing the application guideline we were get more dedicated applicants.
That being said, it's not definite.
