A league proposition
I want to start a series of A-League servers. It will be a professional place to compare skill much like the static servers, only no guarantee of TC. With hope and hard work maybe the administration will change that. With help for a team of A-League moderators I would like to hold series of events both tournament style and ranked season events.
The A-league will have several servers. The will be from any number of approved mods. Each mod must be fair and offer equal advantage to both players, must be provide a challenge and must be within reasonable conditions for both players to perform.

A List of approved mods:
Ninjutsu, whushu, wushu fixed, Aikido, Aikido arena (ds400, dq1, mf500, tf50 OR Aikido rules), Sambo, gprotobrawler1, fencing (ed280, dq1, mf 250, tf25/50), rustedkatana, platformfight2 (eh1664, ed 100/200, mf 500/600, tf50/100), stagefight(top) (mf400, tf40).

More mods maybe added. Mods and mod variations MAY be added through popular demand but only after they have been cleared and checked to make sure they support the values of the A-league.

The events that are held will be in both the traditional knockout tournament style and ranked season style. The tournaments will be standard under any approved mod and variation. The ranked season style completion will take place at predetermined times on predetermined days. They will consist of a knockout or non-knockout event on the server’s current mod and variation. The moderator* and/or monitor* will verify that the following conditions are met.

In a knockout event the moderator will give a 5 minute warning before starting the knockout and locking down the server. When the server is down to the last 10 people or 2nd round if there won’t be enough for ten people after the second round of the event. The remaining fighters will fight freely until one fighter attained enough wins to equal the total number of fighters. All wins will be totaled at the end and confirmed by the moderator then submitted to an A league official. Each win totals one point and added to the season record.

In a non-knockout event the moderator will give a 5 minute warning before begin the event. At the beginning of the event the moderator records will begin to count the total number of challengers* a fighter defeats for a time period of one hour. At the end of the hour the moderator will reconfirmed and then submitted to an A league official. Each win totals one point and added to the season record.

There will be an even number of each event scheduled in order to keep the opportunities for all players as fair as possible.

Definition of terms:

Moderator: The moderator is someone who upholds the A league values and has control over an event and records statistics for A league officials.

Monitor: Monitors are trusted members that aid the moderator in recoding statistics. Monitors may hold non-knockout events when a moderator is not available under the condition that there is more than one for official conformation.

Challenger: A challenge is the fighter that comes out of queue to fight the winner of the previous match.

I am looking for feedback on the proposition as well as any support with it.
