I would also like to raise a point on our recruitment.

"I'm going to say NO it's quite simple for my reasoning you said that you were going to apply for le, and then said you wanted to try to get in a idle which you said was a better clan and then deleted your app. I guess everyone else forgot about it, but I didn't forget and I'm not to sure I want someone unfaithful like that to be joining. If nobody else says no it would be quite strange because we did say no to Tank without really giving a reason (smiles) and you all seemed to talk about how he was and not how he is now. Don't get me wrong I use to hate Djvenom (tank) but I met him in-game and found him rather cool to play with. Jen you did insist on instigating the problem of the match that he reset on when Dj was trying to resolve the problem I would have said yes to Tank. Something I would like to change is the way we judge people I can't say I like how we just make our decision off of apps and then meet them after and etc. Would be nice if we hung out with people who wanted to apply or did apply and get to know them more before accepting or denying. Would make more sense rather then how we judge apps now, it would be like a trial before they even get in, it makes more sense to me. Apps are a poor way to judge people is what i'm saying. You think I would have got in le with my bad rep that I had before le. The terrible reputation I had of being a complete asshole like when I was in Idle. I managed to change and i'm sure other people can but we don't really think about that"

This is a quote from Lurk on our recruitment thread in reply to Aboriginally's app, as I'm sure you're aware, and I'd like to take this opportunity to stress how effective it can be to host recruitment servers regularly, to get to know the person, their personality, their skill etc before they make an application. I feel like that is an effective and easy way to get to know applicants before we vote on their apps.
