The voting is (as far as I gather) a fluidly dynamic progress where the members that have an opinion about the applicants say yay or nay, OR those that can send an invite does so having had extra time with the applicant ingame or in irc OR I don't know.
I feel bad (are this the "emotions" and "sentiment" I've heard so much about?) saying for saying no, which doesn't matter that much if everyone else wants you in.

I'm kinda repeating myself here, but you feel so young-like, kinda basic, which posibly isn't a problem in many clans, but we don't do - excuse my language - basic bitches.
