Everyone should go congratulate tl;dr, they seem to already have become official.
I'm really happy for them, and they did it in only 2 and a bit months.
That's fairly encouraging for me, to be honest.
I know we're not as far along as them, but we are relatively close.
With this said, I still think we should hold off on applying until we're at our 5th, 6th, or 7th month.

Lurk and I had a brief discussion on whether we would give a rate on a member.
I was thinking if people got a rate, they would have to receive over a certain amount to pass the application stage.
In the end we decided not to do that since it'd be making things harder than they'd have to be. plus our recruitment process is pretty good as it is.
