im sure there is but i wouldnt be able to point in the right direction. most of the ones i know are predominantly nostalgic/melancholic/dramatic, not really sad. i wouldnt consider dubstep or dnb very upbeat genres anyway, but even within the happy ones i usually dont come across stuff like that. the closest i would find to "sad" upbeat edm would be a small portion of happy hardcore but who the fuck listens to that
