On my own accord, I've decided to change the recruitment process a little.
Everything will still run the same for stages 1 (application phase), and 2 (questioning phase), but I came to the conclusion of some applicants do not always need an in-game test.
I've seen past applicants that have streaked in bet servers, and public servers after applying, so I don't think it's completely necessary for them to be tested.
Although, if I am unfamiliar with a player, but still get good word from someone about him, I may want to test him myself to see how he plays.
The testing phase was really to see a players style, so we know when to put them in for clan wars and what not...
Thoughts, questions/query's anyone?

I see where you're coming from, there's no use testing someone who we've seen play a bunch. Sounds like a good change.

Speaking of changes, I think this rule is pointless because anyone we are allied with or anyone who joins our clan should have enough sense to not shit-post anyways.
If you want to keep the rule, then we should start enforcing it because 1 lined posts are everywhere.
