Well if several people try that, then near the end there will be people not fighting leaving 10 or so players, then I'd start working on punishment for missing battles.

Like losing HP for not fighting for a week. Starving because you're not getting enough blood xD

Or just make it so players need to battle twice to get in the final instead of a single time.
