Well first of all happy boifday Grad, and second of all I took my laptop again for a hour or so and started a war with WAPOW and lost 10-9... Yea yea I know, it really shouldn't have been a loss just like our one other loss against WAPOW you could say it was a partial comeback on our side but we ended up losing. I shouldn't even say "we" really because things were going bad in the beginning and Zwift came and won like 2 then lost and then when laser went his two times he got dm'd I'm pretty sure so then I tried streaking and got it to like 6-6 and then lost 3 more times and then at that point it was at 9-6 and then it was 10-9 for the final. The kid was being a little smart ass which was annoying so I guess I didn't really spec because of that but I should have let Laser and Zwift go more which was my fault and I know that. Ummm this isn't the best or most organized post because I'm tired, hot and my head is hurting so I'm trying to get this over with so i can shower and sleep.

READ THIS: Sigh... So I noticed the wars that were done and how many their were and I was like wow that's great but.... pretty much all of them are solo wars. I did say before that I hate solo wars and they accomplish nothing really, I use to solo war all the time in other clans I mean that's what I was known for. I didn't really care that I solo'd at the time because I wasn't really involved in my other clans so I didn't see what it affected. The reason I solo'd was because practically nobody was in-game in my other clans so I didn't see anything wrong with it. I don't like solo wars because they get the clan barely any points and it doesn't include the "clan" in a "clan war". Yes I do realize that our activity both forum and in-game has been slacking a little bit, BUT I don't want to see as many solo wars as I did just now. For the people who have been soloing I get that people may not be on all the time which is what this message is also addressing... activity. Our activity needs to step up and one of the reasons it is down is laziness, which all of us have been showing how lazy we can be. For some people I understand that school is a problem at the moment with Finals and other tests. When it's summer I expect to see a HUGE increase with activity for pretty much everyone because there is no reason to be inactive then really. I also don't want to wait 3 weeks or so just for that activity to come back and be alive again, I would love to see it start to come back now. It's pretty simple a big thing we NEED to see is people who start posting on their own and don't need to be reminded just to post. Some of the people who don't post often say they don't know what to post about or nothing on their intrigues them to post.... It's quite simple when that happens to you, all you need to do is bring up a topic on our thread that you do want to talk about. That's how we get posts going like bringing random stuff up and start asking everyone questions and trying to get to know everyone better. Like when Grim asked a "question of the day" and a good amount of people replied. Simple stuff like that will help with activity and get y'all more involved with things. All I ask is check the forum once or twice a day and post. I'm going to call someone out right now and this person shouldn't need to be called out in the first place and I'll be surprised if they see this. The person is Grim... yes we all know and love Grim, but his activity has been slacking a good amount and he ends up having to do these simple posts and we have to remind him to post occasionally. It really shocks me to see Grim's activity falling because this was the same guy who bragged about having more posts then me and Donkey at one point. The same guy me and Donkey sat in a call with and watched Grim eat pizza while we played TB. I love Grim and I loved that Grim that didn't need to be told to post and even messed with me and my posting at a point in time. Grim isn't the only one of course who has been needed to be reminded to post or be more active, and I'm definitely not picking on him, but he is one I expect more from, and I want to challenge him to be more active and to out due and pass everyone else with activity.
