Looks nice and crisp. However, as Calamity pointed out, the visor does look upside-down, and it's lower than where the eyes would normally be. Also personally I don't like to mix straight lines and simple angular shapes with curved lines and smooth shapes, at least when one type greatly outnumbers the other type. All the features of your head are angular except for those little black horn-looking things above the visor, and that bothers me a bit. I'd either make them angular as well also or get rid of them, but that's just my personal preference.
