I've been always saying that communication is the first thing you need to establish to lead a good clan. So I think his lack of english skills might be the problem but his application seems to be written well. I've met him ingame and well apart from his kiai he seemed like cool dude. Don't take me, I might be jealous because he totally raped me at erthtk. If you guys want to let him in I because of his game skills I totally agree with him joining the clan. I haven't talked to him much but I think we might become good mates.
